The Road Calls Sweater

The Road Calls is a troyer-style sweater in bottle green, knitted in smooth fine-gauge on the body and sleeves. A tall collar in sturdy ribbing closes with a short antique-brass metal zip, finished with a round ring-pull that stands out clean against the green. Both upper arms carry two wide cream stripes running all the way around, and the same cream shade shows up in the lettering on the back: THE ROAD CALLS arcs over the shoulders, THE ENGINE ANSWERS sits below it, both knitted directly into the fabric. Between the two lines sits a white embroidered V-twin engine — cylinder heads, carburetor, crankcase and all — with a small KING KEROSIN script underneath.

Ribbed cuffs and hem finish it off. Knitted from a 65% polyester, 35% cotton blend, regular fit, hits right at the hip — built for casual wear and streetwear through the cold months.

Machine wash at 30°C, gentle cycle.

• Rockstar off duty: zipped halfway with black chinos and a beanie for that garage-to-street look
