Missisippi Blues Shirt

Some merch has a story. This one has a painting. The Mississippi Blues long sleeve is part of Britt Bones' one-shirt-per-song series, and this edition is something else entirely.

The back artwork was hand-painted by Antwerp tattoo artist Frederik Moens, then scanned in high resolution and printed onto the shirt, so every detail of the original painting makes it onto the fabric. A 1920s woman resting by a river, guitar case at her side, "Mississippi Blues" in flowing script above her, with a misty bridge in the background. Melancholic, beautiful, and 100% human-made.

Printed on a Stanley & Stella unisex long sleeve in natural cream, because the quality of the canvas matters as much as the art on it.
